Here we are again at the swimming carnivals....go Durack, go Green..... so wonderful to see the team spirit of support from the kids.... and so much fun!!!

Netball Season

It is netball season again and the girl have both started in a team with their friends from school with Breakers Netball Club. They really look forward to saturday mornings now and even the prospect of the temperature being 6deg tomorrow has not put them off! Asha's little team had a win last weekend and Asha scored 5 out of the 9 goals......very exciting. In Amy's game, the score difference was quite a big gap and so they took the win quite comfortably that week. Here's for an enjoyable season.

Interschool Swimming Carnival

The time has flown by so fast I have not had time to put on the Interschool Swimming news. Amy competed in all the events and swam really well. It was a beautiful warm day and Glen was able to get away from work for most of Amy's races. She even managed to sneak in a couple of 4th places in freestyle and breaststroke. Well Done Amy!

Breakers Netball Club

As it is the person I am......I have committed to the responsibility of being Registrar of my daughter't netball club for 2011. Just remind me why I do this again? As it is mostly done with a couple of phone calls and some emailing, I didn't think it would be too bad and it is not. Good news it we have a new website!! Check it out!
